1-1 coaching is for those looking for an extremely personalised approach. Your program is built around YOU. Group coaching is for those looking for a more affordable approach, with proven pre built programs that you can get straight to work with, not to mention access to support and guidance via our group.
What happens after I enquire?
You'll be given access to our call booking system. This is where we can have a proper chat about your goals, struggles and how I can help. After the call, we can get straight into building your program
How long does it take to get results?
Not the most desirable answer... but this is purely effort based - some people achieve incredible results in weeks 12-16, others take longer. This can be purely down to time availability, job/family demands etc. The key point here is... we go at the best pace for YOU, and results await no matter the pace.
Do you have a minimum commitment period?
Yes! We ask that ALL clients commit to at least 12 weeks to leave with something. Nothing great is achieved in 4 weeks, this is why I make sure clients are ready to invest their energy and time before getting started.
